What is your Return Policy?

At J.R. Jewelers we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return or exchange any item purchased from us within 30 days after you receive the merchandise, simply and easily: 

  • Prior to returning any merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Department by calling at 954-492-5050, and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  • All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase, diamond certificates, gem reports, and original jewelry boxes.
  • All sales are final on custom work, special orders, personalized or engraved items. Any returned merchandise must be in its original condition and unworn.
  • All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Control team before a refund is issued and is typically made within 10 days.

Lowest Price Guarantee

J.R. Jewelers offers the lowest prices online, and we will match any competitor’s advertised price or coupon. 

In order to qualify for the price match, the item has to be 100% identical and be a publicly advertised offer. No written or verbal quotes can be accepted. May not be combined with any other J.R. Jewelers offer or special pricing. The guarantee applies to most items but excludes loose diamonds and solitaire diamond rings.

J.R. Jewelers accepts payment via PayPal for customers wishing to use their existing PayPal account or create a new account. You will be directed to enter a User ID & Password. If you do not already have a PayPal account; setting it up is a simple procedure. You may also apply for extended payment terms provided by PayPal, there is a secure link in the shopping cart.

DOMESTIC CHECKS & MONEY ORDERS
J.R. Jewelers also accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, and certified bank checks denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders. 

Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and have the customer’s name and address imprinted on the check front, with a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) located at the bottom of the check. Temporary blank checks are not acceptable. The funds must be cleared through our bank prior to shipping your merchandise. Dishonored checks will be assessed a fee of $39.00.

WIRE TRANSFERS
A wire transfer is a simple process of contacting your bank to have funds moved from your bank account directly to ours. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
J.R. Jewelers accepts payments of accepted credit or debit cards via PayPal Merchant Services, and we also accept bank wire transfers. Kindly contact us and we will forward you the specific bank wire transfer information.

Will I be charged Sales Tax on my Purchase?

J.R. Jewelers is required to charge state sales tax on orders that are shipped within the State of Florida at the rate of 7%. We do not charge Out-of-State Sales.

How will my jewelry be Shipped?

J.R. Jewelers provides Free USPS and Free FedEx shipping services.

• Any parcel that we ship is sent fully-insured at no additional cost to you. It will be securely packed and shipped for the amount you pay. You are able to
make your specific selection for whichever service you prefer at checkout; both carriers are secure and insurance is provided!
• For your security, your shipment will require your signature upon delivery for orders above $500.00. If you are unavailable to sign for your package,

International Shipping
J.R. Jewelers professionally packages your order using USPS Global Express and FedEx International Service. Your package will be fully-insured for the value of the order, and a signature will be required at the time of delivery.

It is best to call prior to placing your order online. Please first confirm that we can ship to your country and an approximate time of delivery to you.

Shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses
J.R. Jewelers will ship any order under $25,000 to an APO/FPO/DPO address via USPS Priority Mail to the appropriate APO/FPO processing center then via the military postal service and shipment tracking is not available for APO/FPO addresses.

How Do I Ship to an Alternate Address?

J.R. Jewelers will ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination, if you will not be home to sign for your package. As a security precaution to protect against fraud, on any merchandise priced $1,000 or more to be delivered to a secondary destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card has this alternate shipping address on file. Simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address to expedite your order.

If you cannot be available, or have someone else sign for your package upon delivery, you can have it shipped to a local FedEx Office location and held for pick up; so that you can sign for and pick it up at your leisure. To schedule a hold for pick up, contact us.

Who Pays for International Customs, Duties, & Tariffs?

J.R. Jewelers is not responsible for customs or brokering fees, duties, tariffs, or local taxes imposed by your government, if any, for the clearance of the package. As duty rates may vary from country to country, we encourage you to contact your local customs office for the current rates. Typically, rates are based on the declared value of the shipment articles. We must declare the full value in order to protect your shipment with insurance.

If the item in question is discontinued for any reason, J.R. Jewelers will offer a replacement with a similar item or issue a merchandise credit towards another item of equal or greater value. Any items that display damage due to misuse and wear-and-tear will not be covered under the guarantee. Work performed on a J.R. Jewelers’ item, by anyone other than us, will void any and all guarantee, expressed or implied.
